Once school is over, standardized tests are out the window. Your GPA is not the key to winning jobs and enjoying an exciting career.

(Relevance of Your Experience + Quality of your Experience) X Your Ability to Communicate

Relevance – understanding what employers need to accomplish and how your specific experiences and strengths can be used to help them solve their challenges

Quality – Are your experiences and strengths impressive enough to convince them to hire you?

Ability to Communicate – this is critical to impressing employers. Even if your work is highly relevant and of very high quality, if you can't get employers to understand that you have strong written and verbal communication skills, you'll miss out on great opportunities to get jobs and move ahead.
